Establishing the FMCG Category & arrive at the contribution of the FMCG category at the store Revenue & the corporate level. • Excellent understanding of the brand recall in the various New Territories which are being established. • Forecasting. • Vendor Partner Development. • Price Negotiation • Trade Deals • Relationship Management with various FMCG companies & their Master distributors, at National, Regional, local level. • Responsible for training, development, retention of the store level FMCG category team members and cross functional team members. • Contributing at the management and the organizational level to enhance the learning quotient of the team members across multiple functions.
