Essentially, deploying an Asset Development Management Service means building a facility for
its intended purpose.
This service can be purpose-led, or land parcel/property led. Asset Development Management (ADM) Service is meant either for individuals, corporates, institutions, or governmental agencies which need a particular type of facility to provide either goods, or services to their respective customers, (e.g. a retail store, a hotel, etc.); or, for a land owner who wishes to utilize their land for an intended purpose to either use it for own consumption or for the intended use of a third party who wishes to use the land along with the desired construction for serving its end customers. (i.e. a Retailing facility, a Hospitality facility, etc.).
The agency/enterprise, which provides this service to either the landowner or the business entity, or an investor, which wishes to build/secure the facility is termed as an asset manager. The role of the asset manager is to evaluate the land parcel for its most suitable use to derive optimum outcomes. Once done, the role is to seek & avail the funds and execute the development of the facility, and, post-launch, manage the operations of the facility, as well as the financial stability of the asset.

‘Taksh Galaxy’ – A Neighborhood Shopping Centre, Vadodara, NH8, next to L&T Infocity, Gujarat, India

When Indosyki Resources (proprietary entity of Indosyki Resources’ promoter), took the asset development management assignment it was an under-construction structure standing since more than 3 years, with a relatively sketchy purpose, located on the outskirts of a tier 3 city. The structure is owned by Taksh Infra LLP. Indosyki Resources has been responsible for repositioning of an under construction commercial building into a neighbor shopping and entertainment Centre.
Right from research, traffic studies, catchment area analysis, neighborhood studies, establishing the property vision, trades & category mix, followed by brand mix, finalizing the business plan on a growth-annuity model, and launching the facility. The facility was soft launched on 14th. February 2019, along with One Centre, Sketchers, and 6 food kitchen operators.
