‘Second Innings’® is a Senior and semi assisted living facility located in the outskirts of Surat, a tier 2 city 250 KMs north of Mumbai. When the partner-promoter connected with Banyan Resources (proprietary entity of Indosyki Resources’ promoter), the project was green field at the stage where land had been secured. Indosyki Resources facilitated the development strategy, the space plan program, facilities plan and the business plan for a partial self – liquidating & part growth annuity model, augmented with the post hand over program for property management, facilities management nursing care, periodic doctor’s check up, besides, onsite concierge services. The facility consists of 140 apartments comprising of 1, 2 & 3-bedroom, hall & kitchen spaces, with relatively large services areas, recreation areas, a swimming pool, a gymnasium, an indoor sports facility, mess for common dining, and 2 community halls for yoga & holdings events functions & get together.
